The intelligent small bus is powered by the end of the data center machine room, and the capacity is divided into 5 equal lines from 100-630a. The standard of intelligent bus duct is protection, and the equal line is IP55, which is applicable to the requirements of most applications. The smart small bus supplies power to the PDU through a plug-in box with hot plug, and the power supply capacity of the plug-in box is from 16A to 100A. The bus duct adopts three-phase five wire system, and the number of conductors is L1, L2, L3, N and PE. The PE line adopts independent copper bar, and the lap joint and connector between each section of bus duct are used for the electrical reliable connection of PE line. The overlapping parts between phase line, N line and PE line of each section of bus duct shall be electrically and reliably connected, and the connection shall not be loose under any circumstances to ensure normal power supply. The bus duct adopts air natural cooling mode, and the service life of the bus duct is not less than 30 years |

Ambient air temperature: the ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed 35 ℃. The traditional data center power distribution structure adopts a star structure: from the ups output low-voltage cabinet to the column head cabinet in the host room, and from the column head cabinet to the PDU to solve the power distribution problem in the data center machine room cabinet. The disadvantages are: there are many intermediate equipment, power distribution attenuation, high maintenance cost and inconvenient. The online intelligent green small bus adopts bus structure, and the bus structure is adopted from UPS output distribution cabinet to PDU joint. The large and small buses complete the whole terminal distribution through overlapping copper bars, start end boxes and plug-in boxes. Advantages: high reliability: bus structure is adopted to reduce fault insurance. High flexibility: oline intelligent small bus can be overlapped at all points, and the plug-in box can slide at any point to facilitate cabinet adjustment in the later stage.
