Bochuan products complete the whole process from digital pressure - bending - Welding - grinding - spraying - assembly - coating.

1. The sheet metal production line adopts Japanese Ding Amada emz-3610nt and emz-3510nt CNC punching to improve the opening rate of the door, make the product lightweight and achieve excellent heat dissipation performance;

2. Amada has many bending machines to ensure high product rigidity and machining accuracy and improve product IP performance;

3. The imported resistance welding level realizes the beautiful appearance of the cabinet door;

4. Automatic robot welding frame to ensure the firmness and accuracy of products and improve the shock resistance and load resistance of products;

5. The imported automobile spraying line realizes the appearance process: the whole process layout consists of ten basic parts: welding → hanging → upper part → pretreatment → electrophoresis → drying furnace → strong cooling chamber → storage area → lower part → hanging coating

"Two times of painting + two times of baking paint" in the coating line improves the neutral salt spray resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance of the product, so that the surface of the finished sheet metal is free of wrinkles, cracks, welding, burrs and other traces, and its process is comparable to that of the automobile process; The whole process can be monitored through the central control room without manual operation.

The whole production process integrates sensing technology, driving technology, mechanical technology, interface technology and computer technology to easily realize control, operation, driving and detection, and master the precise production rhythm, so as to achieve the production goal of "stable, accurate and fast".
