Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, IATA: CTU, ICAO: ZUUU is located at the junction of Shuangliu District and Wuhou District of Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China, about 16 kilometers northeast of Chengdu city center. Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport was formerly known as Chengdu Shuanggui Temple Airport, which was built in 1938. On December 12, 1956, Chengdu Shuangguisi Airport was renamed Chengdu Shuangliu Airport.
