2020-12-25, CGN Daishan 4# offshore wind power project commissioning ceremony was held in Daishan, marking the official completion and commissioning of the project. The project is the city's second full-field grid-connected offshore wind power project, with a total installed capacity of 234,000 kilowatts. After the project is put into operation, a year about 600 million kilowatt hours of power generation, can save 200,000 tons of standard coal, reduce CO2 emissions 409,000 tons, reduce SO2 emissions 743 tons, will further improve the city's renewable energy to primary energy ratio, the city's new energy industry to contribute to the development.
According to reports, Daishan No. 4 offshore wind power project for the province's first offshore wind power project, the project annual grid power of 610 million kilowatt hours, compared with coal-fired power plants of the same size, can save 170,000 tons of standard coal per year, reduce carbon dioxide emissions of 464,000 tons, 3,342.6 tons of sulfur dioxide, 1,337 tons of nitrogen oxides, smoke and dust 16713 tons.
